Where is my order?

We know you can’t wait to start wearing your new AUMIA goodies, and we can’t wait to get them to you! However, as we are a small business, please allow up to 4 working days to process your order, starting from the order confirmation date. 

Once your order has been shipped, an email including your tracking number will be sent to you.

What payment options do we accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Google Pay ,Apple Pay  & Pay Pal

What materials are your pieces made of?

All our jewellery is made from either 925 Sterling Silver, Stainless Steel or Brass and is Nickel and Lead free, perfect for sensitive ears/skin. 

All materials used for each piece are listed under each product description. 

Please note everyone's skin produces natural oils which can react differently to certain metals and plating. We are not responsible for any reaction you may have to our products. 

 

Is GB Jewlery sustainable?

Yes! When starting GB, one of our goals was, and continues to be as sustainable and ethical as possible. We are always looking for ways to improve our sustainability. 

Our manufacturers have been chosen to reflect our mission in being as ethical as possible. 

Jewellery

Our jewellery is ethically sourced and manufactured in China/India with suppliers that are verified safe work environments committed to quality craftsmanship. We order our inventory in small quantities to ensure we can quality check each item & limit wastage. 

Packaging

Our custom GB jewellery boxes are made to be a keepsake and re-used, not disposed, however the boxes are composed of cardboard. We also try to pack as many pieces in one jewellery box to limit wastage.

Other

In our studio we aim to reduce waste, limit printing, recycle and reuse paper as much as possible. For example, instead of printing out a packing slip, we refer to our iPad and when we receive stock, we try to reuse as much packaging as possible.

In addition, when we process exchanges, we reuse the original mailing box (if possible) to again reduce wastage.
